1. What these rules cover

These rules are an agreement between you and Scribble Games Ltd for optional online sharing in Let's Draw! and any other Scribble Games feature that links to them. They apply when you upload, continue, receive, display, report or re-share a collaborative drawing. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.

Offline play does not require you to accept these rules. Online sharing is switched off by default and can be disabled again in the game's settings.

2. Online sharing is optional

Let's Draw! is a general-audience drawing game for children and adults. Online sharing does not require an adult-only opt-in or a date of birth. A player accepts these rules before first sharing, can keep playing without sharing, and can turn sharing off again in the game settings. Parents and guardians should supervise younger players' use.

3. Content you must not share

Do not upload or re-share content that:

• identifies a child or another person, or includes contact, location, school, account, medical or other private information;
• is sexual, exploitative, grooming-related or otherwise unsafe for children;
• threatens, bullies, harasses, humiliates or encourages self-harm;
• is hateful or attacks somebody because of a protected characteristic;
• shows extreme violence or encourages dangerous or illegal acts;
• infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy, publicity or any other person's rights;
• contains malicious code, advertising, scams or attempts to evade safety controls; or
• is otherwise unlawful or likely to cause serious harm.

Collaborative drawings can change when another player adds a panel. Check the finished picture before displaying or re-sharing it.

4. Permission to operate the feature

You keep any rights you have in your contribution. You give Scribble Games a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, resize, transmit, combine and display it only as needed to operate, secure and moderate the collaborative drawing feature. That licence ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except for copies already made by another person or a limited record we must keep by law.

You confirm that you created the contribution or have the rights needed to grant this permission.

5. Drawings are made for sharing

Shared drawings are public, shareable content. Anyone who receives a drawing link can open, continue, copy and pass it on, so only upload something you are happy for other people to see. We cannot remove screenshots or other copies already saved outside our service. Recovery links are different: keep those private because they restore game state.

6. Reports and moderation

Use Report drawing in the game when content appears unsafe or breaks these rules. Reports from three distinct network sources within 24 hours automatically hide the reported panel or panels while they are reviewed; we may also hide or remove content ourselves. A report sends opaque drawing identifiers and a fixed objectionable-content reason. It does not ask for your name, account or a free-text explanation. To prevent repeated reports from the same source, the service uses a one-way hash of the network address for 24 hours, then deletes it during the next daily cleanup (normally within another 24 hours).

We may approve content, keep it unavailable, remove it, preserve limited evidence where safety or law requires, or contact the relevant authorities in an emergency. Unavailable reported or removed content is automatically purged after 90 days unless it has been approved. Decisions may be made without notice where notice could increase risk.

For an urgent child-safety concern, email support@scribble-games.com with “urgent safeguarding” in the subject. Do not email illegal imagery; provide only the drawing link and the minimum explanation needed.

7. Removal requests and appeals

You can ask us to remove a drawing or review a moderation decision by emailing support@scribble-games.com. Include the drawing link or identifier and enough information to explain your connection to it. We may ask for proportionate verification so we do not act on another person's content improperly.

8. Access and changes

We may restrict online sharing where necessary to protect people, the service or legal rights. We may update these rules when the feature or law changes. If acceptance is required again, the game will show the new version before another upload. A change does not remove rights you already have under applicable law.

9. Law and contact

These rules are governed by the law of England and Wales, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear a dispute.
